I have finally learned how to create animated icons. You're looking at the first of what will probably be a long line of animated icons to come. *boogies about at viewing her icon moving*

There are many tutorials online, but I used the following to create my first one (it's really easy to follow, I promise): http://lidi.livejournal.com/124801.html
About the only step that I took a different approach to was actually getting a series of screencaps that would project a moving image. To do this, I simply opened the media with VLC, and repeatedly hit Ctrl+Alt+S until I had a complete series of back-to-back images that I wanted.
