Really Good Sandwich (RGS)

Went to the Peabody munch last night, saw my favorite people, had a Reuben sandwich.

Folks said I appeared to have lost weight. Who I see in the mirror never really changes, so it's nice feedback that my eating choices have created some visible changes.

I can't really ever SEE when someone loses weight.
