I never watched The Prisoner all the way through, but it's on my list. The BBC obit revealed some juicy tidbits too. I didn't realize he played Longshanks in Braveheart. Also that he was offered the parts of both Dumbledore and Gandalf. I might have been inclined to watch LOTR if that had been the case.
