Looking around the castle

Batman spent a few hours scouting out the lay of the land of the castle grounds before announcing his presence. He spotted a few people around, but most appeared unarmed and none were acting like sentries, even the friendly black dog that was the only one to spot him, and came over to have his stomach rubbed. No name on his tag.
Dick's instincts we telling him he wasn't in immediate danger. In the garage, he helped himself to the Ferrari, after checking it for bombs or other booby traps. He used it to quickly explore the road system of the grounds, while checking his radio to try to raise Robin again. The dog rode I the passenger seat. "Just so you know, there's a lot of training involved before you get to be an official sidekick. Bat-Hound is a proud legacy, and not just anyone can wear the cape and mask. This is just a ride along to see how things work out." He drove back to the castle.
Inside, spotted the stopped grandfather clock. Reminded of the one in Bruce's study, he noted the time, 10:29. The same as on the dog's collar. He would have to figure that out the meaning of that later.
You can only learn so much on your own-- ninety percent of detective work is face to face. Dick started looking for someone, anyone to talk to.
((Batman is moving through the castle, approaching people in public areas in typically Batman style by creeping up silently and announcing himself suddenly. He will, however, knock on bedroom doors rather than intrude on anyone's privacy. Anyone that he finds in the castle, please post here.))
