Stealing my husband's incentives...

It's been such a good week/weekend.  Luke had his best week of sales ever : 6!! But he'll actally get paid as if he made 7 this week because they forgot to pay him for a previous sale, so it'll be a nice paycheck coming up this Friday.  Which will be good since we need it!

Saturday, Debra and I went to Oceanside and brought with us our $5.00 rubber dingy's to christen them in the waves.  It was so much fun.  We laughed our asses off and so did everyone watching us. We tried to use them as rowboats at first but quickly decided to leave our oars on shore (hitting a kid in the head with one might have aided that decision a bit!). So we just paddled with our arms...not that that did us a whole lot of good either. The rip tides had their fun with us. Oh, it was such a good time. Once I actually landed on top of a boogie boarder, dingy and all! Debra was so cheered up that she actually grew an appetite (she hadn't been eating all week due to stress).

Yesterday was a lot of fun as well. Luke and I went to the ROCK church with Debra and Evan. We accidentally turned in at the wrong chruch first, and we figured something must be askew when we saw all the women wearing long skirts, and the men all dresses in suits, so Deb asked a boy of about 12 what church we were at and he said "the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints" and she exclaimed "OH! we are at the wrong chruch!" to which Luke and Evan cracked up.

We found the ROCK church right after that. Funny Fact: Right adjoining the church is a business called "Darwin Construction". That also issued a chuckle from the four of us. The church was okay. a little in your face and showy, but alright. I don't think I'll be going there again any time soon though. I much prefer the biker church!

After church we went over to E and D's place where Evan made us bacon n' eggers and we all played Playstaion : the weakest link, jeopardy, and wheel of fortune. it was a lot of fun. We also tried to ambush Eben, our boss who lives in the same building. We headed down to his place with airsoft guns. He wasn't home but his doors were open so we decided to play a prank on him. we took the decorative pillows from his sofa and a jar of chip dip right off his table. later on, Evan was shooting ice off of my hand in his own apartment and accidentally shot a hole in one of his blinds (the long vertical kind). He had the brilliant idea at that time to go exchange it with a good blind in Eben's place. haha. Debra and Evan's plan now is to take daily one more ring from his shower curtain until there are none left. I wonder how long it'll take for him to notice any of this...

From D and E's place Luke went home to work on the computer and I went out with the team to cash in on Luke's weekly incentive :mini golf and dinner on the company. we never ended up playing mini golf though...instead we played multiple rounds of laser tag (my team, the red team won, even though we were totally not dressed for laser tag...we were in white shirts, flip flops, etc) and then we did a round of go-karting. After that, of course the dinner.

By the time I came home it was after 10 but i still made sure to call my daddy and wish him a happy father's day. Luke and I also watched  SIN CITY before heading to bed. I dreamed of sex and guns. lol.
