Serge sat me down at work today to go over our new workplace agreement. All in all, it's pretty cool as I'll get a 70cent pay rise (not counting two rises when i pass my drinks which will make me a proper cook). There are lots of other small perks mostly involving a new food plan, but I don't care because soon enough I'll be on 100%.
The coolest bit is the fact that I'm currently on 13.13 an hour and if i take all my away leave, that gets me $1969.5 but after signing the AWA, my away leave is given at the new rate of around 13.85. That makes $2077.5 which is $108 more. Not too much, but hey. That rocks.
