I REALLY, REALLY, wish they'd make a Marlin plush already....
The Disney Store's brought back some Finding Nemo plush again, which I'm really excited about - they did it last year around this time, when they released new plush of Nemo, Sheldon, Tad, and Pearl, and for 2012, they released new plush of Nemo, Dory, Squirt, Peach, Bubbles, and CRUSH!!
Now, this is really cool, that they're bringing these characters back into their plush line, but, I can't help but wonder...why hasn't there ever been a Marlin (Nemo's dad) plushie made? Matter of fact, Marlin has never featured prominently on any Finding Nemo merch at all...except for maybe the FN McD's Happy Meal toys in 2003, and a plastic figurine in the Disney Store figure sets. But, why not? He's just as major a character as Nemo or Dory is. And in fact, he's one of my favorites from that movie cuz he reminds me of my own dad so much. :)
I mean, it's been nine years....let's give the devoted clownfish dad who'd do anything for his son his own plushie already, huh?
