Well, I was hoping to lose just a little bit more. Actually went up a pound. But after a few moments of 'grrr' I got over it.

* I've been working out in the last 2 weeks more than in quite a while. Thanks in part to my trainer, Stilwatrs. Thanks!

* And I've had the usual ups and downs in eating habits. I think I've been behaving myself more than usual ... more than average ... getting in some dairy and fruits and choosing Subway over McDonalds. But there's been some pizza, some chinese ... and of course there's been some drinking.

* The last week or two has been extra-stressful at work, lot of things to be taken care of, so that may have resulted in some stress eating once or twice, snacking when I didn't need or making the wrong choice.

* I know my sleep schedule has been far, far worse than usual in the last week or two. There are movies I want to watch, and Guitar Hero songs I want to beat, and our child has gotten positively insomniac of late. I was feeling quite punchy by the end of last week, from too many days in a row with too little sleep. Slept in Saturday morning like an old hound dog, and then started up the same pattern. So that's probably not good.

Still, all in all, I'm feeling good. I'm feeling better than I have in a bit.

And today I wore my "tight" jeans.

Three months ago, I couldn't get them on. A month ago, I felt triumphant to get into them again, but it was a bit of pull, wiggle, pull, suck in your breath to close them. This morning, I slipped them on and it was a minute before I realized it wasn't even a struggle. They're not loose - but what I've been calling the tight jeans are not quite so tight anymore. So, I'm wearing a size 32 again today.

Woo hoo!

* I'm definitely going to go work out tonight.

* And a coworker challenged me to give up my Diet Coke entirely. (She says it's bloats you, which may be. I've cut way back on the DC - but my "stress drinking" has brought it back up again recently.) So I'm going cold turkey for the next week. Prepare for lack-of-caffeine headaches.

* But I'm not giving up my drink experiments. :)

Let's see what I weigh next week! Just two more weeks and I'm done with Weight Watchers, either way!
