ep 1.03 - a thought and a question
Ah, an excellent choice for a Creature - one which was described to Discover Magazine, as the football player of the bird world, in terms of bone thickness and hunting tactics.
A question: if Leeds threw the young Titanis {which was in the cardboard box} into the Anomaly, and all the adults were either tranqued or drugged (making them deadweights in either case), who was helping him load the Titanis into the Anomaly?
...because Cross certainly would have mentioned if some additional uniformed men and women had shown up, wouldn't he?
what were those trains like for a Titanis? what kept flicking through my mind was "stop chasing those bipedal burrowers." :)
An idea: I wonder which of these options would be the best...
a) Evan Cross is removed from all but the most ceremonial events in CrossPhotonics. (ah palace coups, thy name is figurehead)
b) Evan Cross is fired (completely, full stop) from CrossPhotonics, and denied all use of objects and tools made with CrossPhotonics resources.*
c) During Evan's successive jaunts out to hunt Anomalies, all of CrossPhotonics' completely- and remotely-Anomaly-related files and materials are quietly folded into Project Magnet.
* = as I see it, this is what Evan's risking - can't his Board or investors or somebody sue him or have him investigated or deposed?
