...How are the JR scanlations so all over the place? There are previous chapters that still haven't been scanlated apparently, the quality's all over the board, and I just don't get how such a popular series doesn't have dedicated scanlators. Is it because it's licensed? (IS it even still licensed? Or was that lost with the sinking of TokyoPop like SH's license was? /confused)
