I've sucked posting here. Sorry! Back on track!
Crossfit Total
PRESS - warmups and then: 170, 180, 185 (pr!)
DEADLIFT - warmups and then: 385, 405, 420 (tied for old pr)
SQUAT - warmups and then: 275, 315, 325 (pr! (and I know, comparatively my squats suck))
total: 930
other stuff
practiced some pullups, and am finally managing to string together the butterfly kips.
then did Mobility WOD day 2.
