Somewhere in Valora lies a small set of offices used by the upper level officers in its conscripted army. Reports, schedules, and plans often move between them, but few ever leave the hallowed hall. Those seeking answers and those caught making their own are often seen passing through, but none ever stay. Each man or woman here is devoted to preserving or creating peace, whether it is within their own ranks or in the world. Though often busy, with a word or two many options are available to petitioners and soldiers alike.
