One grey night it happened, Jackie Paper came no more
(NOTE: I don’t know why, but this never got posted. It was written a couple of days ago.)
I’m a bit depressed today. I just found out that Mary Travers passed away yesterday after a long fight with leukemia. I can’t remember a time in my life when I didn’t know “Leaving On A Jet Plane”, “I’m In Love With A Big Blue Frog”, and of course “Puff, the Magic Dragon”.
Today I tweaked the new layout some more. It’s looking pretty solid now. And we kept up with reading submissions. I had intended to do a lot more for CG, like mailing contracts, but my son was sick at school and I had to go get him and take him home. Whereupon he was fine and kept me moving all day.
At any rate, there’s always plenty to do, so I’ll get back to work tomorrow. Keep those submissions coming!
