tennis encounter
so these two guys at the tennis courts challenged any 2 of our group of 8 or so to play a doubles match. of course everyone nominated me quickly, and ike decided he would serve as my doubles partner for the game. the two of them were very good. ike was doing ok in the beginning, but quickly tired and started to screw up quite a bit. luckily for us, they also had a player who was becoming fatigued as the game went on. ike and i ended up winning 6-4 (actually 7-4 because they failed to keep up with the game count correctly, but we just went along with it). it was just such a refreshing feeling to be able to play against new challengers, as opposed to always having to play against the same people over and over. i hope that perhaps we can meet again soon.
