Update
So remember me talking about my neighbor who never walks her dog?
8.5 weeks and counting, no walk.
She is ranting about wanting to give the dog away, because he keeps destroying her screens for her windows. He destroys the screens, because he has been trying to ESCAPE OUT THE WINDOW.
I wish she WOULD re-home him. She obviously can't care for him. She obviously DOES NOT WANT TO. The poor Dog has been moved to 3 different homes, hers being the third. God. Damn it.
