Just another confused puppet trying to take in the new reality. Xion sets out to find the carnival grounds. Whether she runs into anybody on the way...
This still might be a dream. Right? She had bad dreams a lot. Then again, it had never been like this and the watching glass in her hand felt very cold and solid. Not dream-like. The people she had seen gathered at the tower and over the network seemed genuine and real. They didn't seem like someone's clever imitation of people.
Then again, aren't I a clever imitation? she thought, smiling a little sadly.
It didn't do to think like that though. Sure, she got herself out of one tricky situation and into another, but at least Roxas would definitely be safe. Without her, there was no other key bearer to rely on. There were no sign of them here, but why would there be? They had no idea where she'd gone.
Not that that's ever stopped Axel. She felt a strange mixture of hope of being found and fear of being found. Being found meant she had to go back.
She had hung back a bit while the others were leaving. If you truly couldn't reveal your allegiance here, it was better if no one saw her go to the carnival grounds.
