where do daughter be seeing ocean from her apartment in S Cal? Aaron is in LA ya know.

I think she said Venice Beach.. hell, I dunno where she is. (which is nothing new) :-)

Venice beach is about an hour across town from Aaron [in Hollywood]

Who taught these kids to grow up and move so far away?!? Did you put something in the spaghetti?

hahaa.. how do you keep them down on the farm after they've seen the lights of the big city?!..

(but then again, in considering current events, I'm starting to think that perhaps the farm might be the better place to be.)

I have to agree with you there....nice place to look at stars away from all the chaos. Funny, I come from the big city and would rather live in the country. Go figure?

Speaking of movies...Eric and I just watched Identity. It was suprisingly good. But now we are just glued to the internet and TV watching the Hurricane coverage wishing we could help.

well hello there Kari. We have yet to be officially introduced but I imagine that will happen eventually. (and "hey" to whathisface too!:) Welcome to our livejournal.
we'll add "Identity" to our list... tonight's fare is This is my father
so.. are you two still contemplating moving to Florida?.. considering killer hurricanes, that doesn't seem like such a grand plan at this point.

edit post: the movie was great..I give it an "8".. Patti gives it a "7"..

Yep whathisface and I are still planning to move to the Gulf Coast. Somewhere in the Tampa/St. Pete area. Along with my 3 cats and our 2 dogs.

Since Eric has a large RV if a storm would happen to come our way, we can just load up the animals and drive away from it.

I think we are off to Home Depot...yard work today.
