First.. my apologies for taking soooo long to respond to you all. The general busy-ness and driving around has cut into my answering emails and LJ comments response time.. which is definitely not something I want to make a habit of. You can be certain that ALL comments are being read on the same day they are posted... but sometimes we just can't conveniently respond to them... as has been for the last couple days.
so..having said that..
Welcome aboard!... to daughter Brie(first comment above)... Lyse (Patti's great niece).. and to you "anonymous" above.
I would like to add, that for folks who post anonymous, which will be most of you.. it would be nice if you would sign your name to your comment so we all can get to know you as we travel on thru the year. We have no way of knowing who we are reading & responding to without your signature or at least some sort of identifier..
but that of course is always up to you. If you want to completely remain anonymous, well then that will work too.. just not as well for the rest of us.
also..yes.. I will be making posts (hopefully) of the farm and our shenanigans while we are here. Patti and I will be leaving in about 5 weeks.. and these posts will be all I have of the farm until next year..

So welcome aboard to the 3 of you.. and if anyone else is out there reading this, please do not be shy.. come on in.. and as the midwesterners around here are fond of saying, "sit awhile and visit".. ;-)bill
