My "bleep" coworkers
Last week it was announced that Nintendo would be adhering to the new law by closing the smoking break rooms in the warehouse as of December 8. Much complaining was to be heard -
Today - we all stood in the cold in the parking lot - I was off by myself - on purpose, no mood to chat. Three people approached me -
1st co-worker - I can't believe Nintendo did this to us
Me - It wasn't Nintendo, it's now the law.
2nd co-worker - Law? What Law?
Me - the one that was voted on and passed in November
3rd co-worker- Law? voted on? I didn't know there was a vote to ban smoking
Me- So, you didn't vote, you didn't even know - you have no right to complain.
Argh - so frustrating!
