W-WELL, I'M JUST GOING TO SUGGEST, because really, everyone has a favorite out of the main axis powers and the allies:

America, Russia, France, England, China

Japan, Germany, and Italy

I can find you some references pretty soon!

Also, I hope you realize that I would be willing to shell out loads for any Hetalia that you plan on selling WHEN NEXT I SEE YOU AND/OR IF YOU ARE ATTENDING KUMORICON WITH SAID GOODIES.

America/England is most popular among American fans, followed by Germany/Italy.

also, hetalia is kind of a massive orgy of pairings, but of the notably popular (and most-hinted at) that i can think of out of the main characters:

Germany/Italy
America/England
England/France
Russia/Everyone

One other notable thing is that England has imaginary fairy/creature/unicorn friends that may or may not be able to be utilized in the money-making. XD

Most of them look great but a few comments:
- America looks way too intelligent (and maybe Italy too)
- France is not perv enough
- Russia is often seen with a... pipe (? not sure of the word : http://img150.imageshack.us/img150/530/emqartwork5051bsiz6.gif) as you added burger, tea and rose, could be a nice addition ^^

Sweden, Finland, Sealand, Austria and Canada are quite popular too in the English-speaking fandom, I think.
