Harry Pot-Head and Your Half-Blood Mom
Weeell, I finished the newest Harry Potter book day before yesterday (it's now my new favorite along with the 3rd book - call me for an extended review) and it got me thinking about a certain person who I miss a whole lot this summer. This is probably going to embarass her to death, but hopefully she'll also find it amusing and very encouraging.
And so, I give you . . .
TOP TEN REASONS WHY CHANDLER DAVIS IS HARRY POTTER:
10 - Hair that both mystifies and seduces all those around her
9 - Looks hot in glasses
8 - Probably has a sexy scar somewhere (not sure where . . .)
7 - Ability to battle dark wizards
6 - Has a friend with bushy hair who spends too much time studying (that's me)
5 - Can communicate with woodland creatures in their own language (Harry speaks parseltonge, and I'm pretty sure Chan can talk to deer, just like Pocahontas)
4 - Extremely selfless and considerate of others
3 - Extremely talented but so modest that she doesn't realize it
2 - Enemies are jealous of her because she's both talented and modest
1 - Friends love her because she's both talented and modest . . . and cuz she's hot
Okay, just had to get that out. Sometimes I'm in the shower and I just start thinking about how awesome Chandler is and then I, well . . . nevermind. *blushes*
Doesn't look like I'm gonna be able to go up to VA this weekend or go to North Carolina because of stupid work, which I'm REALLY pissed about, but I've gotta make the big bucks, unfortunately. My only consolation is that soon we'll all be back home together, and Little Crock will be there, too.
My next update will probably be a review of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" which I will be seeing this afternoon with Miss Janet and Lil' Crock.
