Message in a Bottle
Some projects really need a whole year to do right, and Japanese Plum Wine is the sort of thing you want to do right. These are some of the bottles my friends and I tried in the search for the best of the best, ranked left to right from phenomenal, to quite lovely, to pretty ordinary.
Everyone in Japan knows how to fold an origami paper crane. This year I folded a thousand cranes out of gum wrappers, memo scraps, and other tiny bits of recycled paper.
