Hi All
Wikileaks has been shut down and it's founder, Julian Assange, is
staying down the road in Wandsworth prison. The heat is on inside (I
hope!) and out in the mainstream media with the US wanting him to be
expedited there and charged under the Espionage Act.
Wikileaks has cleverly set up lots of mirrors of the original
www.wikileaks.org to keep it going. It contains a lot of leaked information from
around the world. Lots of stuff on Iraq and Afghanistan including the
'Collateral Murder' video clip which is not quite like eating candy
floss!
John Pilger has done an article about Wikileaks:
http://www.johnpilger.com/articles/why-wikileaks-must-be-protected and few radio interviews about the arrest of Julian Assange:
http://respectuk.blogspot.com/2010/12/john-pilger-why-we-must-defend-julian.html Big respect! ... it's people like Julian Assange who help to defend
our global freedom, unity and humanity.
10th December 2010 is apparently the International Day for Human
Rights. What about the rest of the year??!
