Sleep like a cat
Sometimes to help me sleep I pretend I’m a cat. Have you ever seen a cat sleep? It looks so enjoyable and luxurious, as if they’re so happy to be so deeply and completely involved in their lounge time. My cat Max adopts the most cute and peculiar positions; I can see him stretched out with his legs in the air and his little podgy tummy showing, or all curled up and hugging his nose with his front paws. To look at him you’d think sleeping was a favorite leisure pursuit, something to be done decadently and be totally absorbed into.
