I remember the first time I saw that boy of 23 years and I thought "is ugly, his voice is almost useless...I doubt there's something interesting in him".

then I listened more carefully to Arashi's songs and...oh my...I totally fell in love with that voice! and slowly, watching him, I've also started to love him (and all members of course).
