classes started
well, today is the day, i have my first class this morning and it was ok besides the fact that it was class. but this weekend, this past weekend was great. friday anea and i moved into the apartment with mindy and thersa. it's so cool. this whole year fun is gonna be so much fun. we're all getting along and the place looks great, and we're not even done really settling in yet. moving in even went a lot smoother then i thought i thought it would. it probably helped that i had an extra set of hands around. bill came to help me and my parent unpack everything, much was very nice of him to do. anyway, friday night after anea moved all her stuff in her and i headed to meijer to get some storage things for the apartment and food since we had none. we also went to hobby lobby (it's a lot more fun to say that then it is to type it) and we got some more posters to put up in the room and one really cute one for the living room "girls just wanna have fun".
but oh my gosh, saturday i got to do to jen and gerry's wedding, which meant i got to get all dressed up and everything. but it was beautiful. the ceremony it's self was beautiful, it was outside on the gvsu campus in this court yard type thing (it has a name i just don't know what it is). between that and the recipition, we stopped at his house to relax and cool off since it was really hot in the sun. while we were there his aunt stopped by so i met her and her grandkids. then it was off to the recipition which was at gerry's parents place. it was nice, very casual. i didn't get to dance though, i'm kinda sad about that but there will be other times.
anyway, i don't know, i think this year is going to be good. aside from the 18 credits and trying to find a job and all that other wonderfulness that is.
ok, i better do get organized againand finish doing some stuff around the apartment.
