Here's a weird story from work yesterday. I thought it was strange and humorous, anyway.
I received an employment verification for a co-worker for her mortgage. For purposes of speeding up the loan process, normally the mortgage company will ask you to fax the verification info and mail the original. Not this lady. I quote from the fax cover sheet I received, "Please fax a copy as soon as possible and mail a hard, wet copy to the address below."
