This is only in the case of it disobeying your commands, but perhaps you should be more hard on them with training? If it does something that upsets you make it run laps. Or perhaps find something they don't like to do and make them do it.

As in punish them with physical training? The thing is she likes the training. It's the main reason why we're having a disagreement. She wants to keep going out to fight.

perhaps you should limit her time spent outside of her pokéball? maybe... try investing in one of those squirt bottles and spray her with water every time she tries to attack something?

yes. every time she acts up or tries to get into fights you can just squirt her with some water. I'm not exactly sure how much it'll help for your case, but it should have some effect.
