Or you should not be so inconsistent with your inventory statuses. It makes people who aren't me upset, and I get blamed for it, which is more upsetting than if it were only me who is unable to get books.

I doubt Amazon Japan has an English-speaking customer service line, right?

Amazon.jp does have english-based email support, so you could try that. They're fairly fast, as well, not to mention comprehendable. I couldn't tell you where to find the link, though. ^^ Er... I think you use their forms to type your issue, then there's an english checkbox/drop-down? Either way, you'll end up with two different versions of the same reply - one in japanese, the other in english.
