Eva has been having a wonderful time since we arrived here in New Orleans. I do not understand some of the things they do at Mardi Gras but they are fun any way. I have a huge pile of beads that Eva has hung around my neck at every parade we attended. She seems amused by this, although it has been most fun to watch her catch and snatch the most beads, she was right she is very dedicated at this.

She finally received one of her golden coconuts, a coconut painted gold mind you I am glad they hand them out and not throw them or there would be many casualties I think. Some woman tried to snatch it away from her, she will rethink trying to do that again I believe. While Eva does not take things laying down at the best of times she is even more fierce during Mardi Gras. I think that Yuffie and Evan were a little surprised and amused by her while they were here.

For the one year anniversary of us meeting Eva decided to pick pocket me a watch. It is a very nice watch, the only problem was the man caught her lifting it from him so she paid him for it. I think it was rather sweet that she tried this for me, I would rather she not do it again as I would hate to bail her out of jail. But I hate to see her money be taken when she was trying so hard to do something sweet for me so I stole her fifty back for her. I will give it to her tonight when we leave to go to this other ball, the Rex ball I believe she called it. I think it is another excuse for her to get me wearing the costume but I don't mind.

I will be a little sorry when we leave here. It is a place that is very fun and it brings out a different side of Eva. And I know that it calls to her very strongly even though it is not her dimension. Perhaps I should suggest we have a place here so that we may stay whenever she wishes and not have to worry about lodging.
