16 has lyrics from Maroon 5's song "Sunday Morning"
22 has the dialogue Faith said in "Graduation Day Part II" She said, "Little Miss Muffet counting down from seven three oh." (I wrote out the numbers on the icon.) Supposedly, it was refering to when Buffy was going to die in "The Gift." You see, I'm thinking, eh. *preens*
Credit: I believe most pics are from http://www.cowsforbuffy.com/ , which looks to be disabled at the moment, from setje (:D!) and who knows where else from. Stock is technically from http://sxc.hu/ , but these were all inspired (minus the last two) by a tutorial post by withaghost. Of course, I did it all wrong, so I messed with it to make it the way I wanted it. Hehe. Just felt like giving her proper props.
