...29 more to go. Oh my goodness I'm going to murder Jillian Michaels. lol I went for a jog before I did the first day of 30 day shred too! Am I stupid?? lol Honestly though, it did feel really good. I hope I can keep up with it. I'm sure I'll feel this torture on thursday... Although, it's so much better of a way to relieve stress than eating easter candy or shopping. lol Now if I only had a partner in crime... At least I have a friend doing Zumba once or twice a week.. even if she does live about 7 hours away.
Today, I ate a lot of chocolate. i was stressed, and this was before the working out. Tomorrow is a new day, and day 2 of 30 day shred. Therefore, I will NOT eat chocolate! (or at least if I do, it'll only be one piece hehe) I also have a calc test and my night class tomorrow, so somehow, I have to fit running and/or 30 day shred, taking dog to the dog park, a shower and hopefully some homework between 12 and 6. Oh yea, and lunch. So.. test at 11, get home by 12:30, eat quickly.. or get subway.. take dog to dog park, come home go running/30 day shred, take shower, dry/straighten hair, do homework/studying, go to class. Yea, that'll pretty much fill up the day. Wednesdays are always long for me.. And Thursday starts exams. Yay. I'll just start checking things off the to-do list as they go by...
I go to the beach in 12 days. Can I lost another 5 lbs by then? lol
