sup y'all. its tuesday...almost mid-week, so you know what i'm up to. work, work, work. day 2 and i've already worked as many hours as some people work in a whole week! yay!
spurs game tonight. i'll have some money on the line so wish me luck.
i was thinking today that a lot of people have a shitty existence because they choose to. so many people you cross paths with never smile and won't even respond to a friendly 'hello'. people get so depressed over stupid worldly situations, almost all of which are financial. i guess i just don't understand why people can't be happy with what they have and make the most of things. a gay rant. i could delve into that crap further but who wants to read.
the moral of the story: smile more often, people.
if you have the opportunity, don't watch the video of the beheading of the US contractor in iraq that's going around. it's some pretty disturbing shit.
RE the whole situation in iraq: the whole campaign's intentions have been marred by the overblown media coverage of the US soldiers who 'tortured' iraqi soldiers. a few bad peas in the pod and now everyone's a fucking peacenik again. tell me which is worse: a few stupid soldiers taking pictures of themselves pissing on, fondling, and shocking iraqi soldiers, or the torture and eventual murder, shredding, and burial of a few million kurds and shiits? ignore the liberals who preach about the lack of WMD evidence and look at the big picture. take a look at
