Why do I hate GW less these days?
Probably because everyone else is doing the hating for me. But also because, to a certain (small) degree, he's abandoned his earlier jingoism and irrationality, and he's taking heat for it from both sides.
The Democratic reaction to the Dubai thing makes me want to never go back to America ever again. I can't get started on that right now. There are layers and layers of reasons.
