Remember how Little Big Planet was delayed because of music that might offend some muslims? The game (which I am delighted by and not actually badmouthing in any way) Is chock-full of stereotyped characters (eg. an evil Mexican sheriff with a big bushy mustache who wants all your money) and religious symbols (one level has you enter through a doorway that opens in what appears to be the middle of the virgin Mary's face) and is still great fun to play.
But why go that far out of their way cuz one guy pointed out that a couple of almost unintelligible lyrics from a tune nobody has heard of had two lines that *might* be deemed offensive? I dunno.
Could be that Mexicans and Catholics, by and large, don't blow up delis and bookstores. Just a thought.
