30 Days of Torchwood - Day Three & Four
Day 03: Favourite Series
Series Two
Series Two, hands down. I felt like the characters became more consistent, and the relationships better. There weren't necessarily better episodes, but series 2 was really where I started to become attached to everyone. It starts to falter after "Something Borrowed" which is a really fantastic episode. It's too bad the series didn't end as good as it begun, with "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" which is seriously one of the highlights of Torchwood.
Day 04: Favourite Episode

There are so many good things about this episode. The human element is fantastic, especially considering it's science fiction. Ianto's and Tosh's scenes together really cemented the two of them as my favourite characters. Owen really shines in this, as does Gwen. Of course, there's the scene where Jack rides in and rescues them all, showing exactly how brutal he can be if provoked. It's an all around good episode, and if they'd all been this good, I'd watch Torchwood as a whole more often. It was down to this and "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" but for me this is such an ensemble episode.
