Reversed

I've been staying in the same Residential Inn in Denver pretty much the whole time I've been working here. I'll check out on the weekends and whatnot, but I always come back here. Its comfortable, has fairly good access to the major roads, and is cheap. It also has good wifi access...which was why this morning I went down to the Front Desk and asked to have my room moved. I tried to connect to the WiFi last night and it would connect, and then 60 seconds later reconnect. And it would keep doing this until I finally gave up and dug out my AirCard. Better 128Kb laggy connection than one that is not up long enough to refresh your email before you drop link again.

I think I ended up right between two WAPs here, of equal signal strength. So it kept reconnecting because the signal strength was so close to the same and I couldn't get anywhere.

Anyway...one of the clerks and I grabbed my laptop and checked each room to see if I could get a decent signal, and about 3 doors down I get a good stable link, so they moved me here. The room is throwing me for a loop though. I've been in the same style room here for nearly 3 weeks...and this room? This room is the same style, but its mirror reversed.

So now I keep thinking I'm turned around, and reach to open the Fridge and grab the bathroom door, or stumble over a chair not where I expect it, or reach to the wrong side of the toilet for the TP. Its sorta disconcerting in a way...
