I haven't posted since December ? What ?
Aloha ! No, I haven't been to Hawaii (although, that'd be a good conversation starter and excuse for the 3-month hiatus !). No, I have been going through life, you know, that thing we all have to deal with ? Yes ? Good. Yet again, I have discovered a social life (remember that cycle I discussed once before ? Probably about a year ago about my popularity cycle ? If all is to go as the cycle predicts, I will be unpopular by summer ...), and also, I have a butt-load of school to be doing ! I'm on Easter break right now and that lasts 2 weeks but I've been playing on and off whenever I can for the past 3 months. Basically, I've been creating my own neighborhood ! This is where you "ooh" and "aww" in admiration ! Yes, I decided to make a neighborhood which I decorated myself and then added subhoods, a downtown and a university. And guess what ? I decorated all of them ! I now have major respect for people who decorate neighborhoods from scratch, it's a lot of work ! I also set myself the task of populating each of the "hoods" with at least 15 sims each and creating all of the community lots and residential lots in each. When I last checked, there were 112 lots in total and then 65 unique sims ! It's tough, I'll tell you that ... So far, I'm just picking and choosing what lots to create depending on what mood I'm in. When TS3 University came out, I had a huge urge to make dormitories and college students so the university is almost finished. All the sims are made for the university (yes, all 15 !) and they all have little stories to go with them ! I want to make the neighborhood seem like it was premade and all the sims have predestined storylines, you know ? So anyway, I'll probably post pictures of all this once I'm 100% finished but for now it's just a work-in-progress. I just thought I'd fill you all in (those of you that have stuck to me for all this time despite my hiatuses !) and make sure that you don't think I'm dead or whatever :P
