if you were there you would've seen an exquisite mixture of bemusement and frustration swirling on my face.

the kid did have a vague trace of a Commonwealth area accent and his (cousin?/partner?/sidekick?) kinda nodded when I looked at him. My personal preference was also that the kid was legit, so I just let it lie.

I'm having fun over here thinking about the blanket racial prejudices that various groups get saddled with. Well, you know, not fun exactly.
