political rant #1, post script
ok, so it's only been like half an hour, but now there's breaking news of shots exchanged between the north and south koreans sometime early this morning. fucking wonderful. north korea has the 4th largest army, 125,000 troops on the demilitarized zone, and if they went to war, within the first hour they could fire 100-350,000 artillery shells, hitting almost every major metropolitan area in south korea. oh, and they've probably got nuclear weapons as well. sleep tight.
then, pat robertson was on the news, being interviewed in regard to his new 'prayer offensive.' if you haven't heard about this, he has started a prayer campaign to ask god to put more conservatives on the supreme court. because people are tired of this current supreme court, and three justices in particular are apparently of bad health and/or getting on up there in the years. aren't religious fundamentalists and right-wingers fucking things up enough already? well, fuck you, pat robertson. fuck you in your old, self-righteous, wrinkled ass.
oh yeah, and in lesser news, they might've gotten clues as to the whereabouts of more clues regarding jimmy hoffa's death and disappearance. justin just said something about him last nite, and now look...
