Track pratice-
Katie, Alyson, and I ran on the “adventure course” today in the trail...and let me tell u ...it WAS an ADVENTURE ( besides the bug factor..okay..so i am a LITTLE parnanoid when it comes to nature stuff. .) ...when we had to jump over the little stream from a big rock on one side to the big rock on the OTHER side...( the rocks weren’t vy even.....) alyson jumped over first, she looked back to us then started saying “ KATIE!! Omg !! KATIE!!! Psssssspt" Katie jumped over ( I was still one the other side....after Katie) , looked to the direction Alyson was looking at and then they BOTH started screaming ~ and I was still on the other side !! THEN ~ Katie quickly helped me to jump over the stream cus I need a little help whenever I jump over that thing cus of my messed up ankles and stuff....THEY both started SPRINTING up the little rocky/ bumpy path surrounded by bushes and trees and yell “ RUUUUN, BETTY !!!!!! HURRY UP!!!!!! RUN!!!!!!!!!!” so I sprinted behind them..... vy bumpy path with tree roots stick out of ground and everything.. wicked freaked out cus I was scare for my poor ankles.... THEN..when we safely got out of the woods into this huge big empty parking....they were like “ OMG! Did u c the weird shady man lurking around in the reeds?!?!?!” so...we were worrying about Kayla’s safety... So we went back in to the trail to try to find her and warn her of scary man..we talked on the trail..fun times ... they both tried to convince me to go to junior and/or senior prom ...talked about guy, sch...etc .... but still no Grady.... then we got to the little stream thing again.... and this time...scary man was GONE .. ( Katie and Alyson were talking VERY loud saying stuff like “ I have a black belt in karate” “My dad is the police chief” etc HAHA..it was so funny) and this time...we saw a HUGE snake...that’s right... ON OUR PATH to the litte streams!!.we SCREAMED..( with Katie still holding that stick ..in case the scary man attack us out of the reeds....) running back into the wood trail.... then...since no one wanna listen to my idea of running on the NORMAL XC trail, they still wanna jump over the stream…despite of the snake….snake was gone when we look back..but I refused to go into that little path in the midst of all the reeds.... Katie offered to give me a ride on her back~so the snake won’t be able to attack me even IF it’s still there~after a while...I gave in ..and jogged over to the rock on the path where the snake was seen~ jumped over the lake thing.... and so conclude our “adventure-course run” …
