random thoughts of injury, not necessarily/likely self-induced, but still... razorblades splitting sections of skin apart. standing with muscle and flesh dangling from bone, unhelpable and doomed, falling into - or out of, maybe - myself and hitting the floor... rectal skin tearing and bleeding during anal sex and the horrible, paralyzing pain that would follow... i just feel like screaming. i just feel trapped.
