screw it
you know what, i dont want to have to go and make a new livejournal when ive had this one for so long, so screw it...im just going rate them like pg-13. Okay...since i havent said anything in awhile...
From July 2nd to like the 17th or something i was in syracuse. Mainly every day i'd hang out with Chris, Robyn, and Brandon and we'd play volleyball or poker. Which by the way, i beat brandon in texas holdum and thats like his game, and i beat him! I actually won the entire game...it was awesome. We werent playing for money though but thats okay, doesnt matter to me..i actually won something for once. Okay, then i went to jackies house on two different days. The first day we were at her dads and went "put-putting"...hah yeah. See i was supposed to have "a date" but it turned out some other guy named andy liked me or whatever. Why is beyond me.. Then the second night i was with her we were at her moms. During the night we played board games and all that and watched movies with her boyfriend and andy. See...alot of other interesting stuff happened but i have to put a pg-13 rating on this...so if you really want to know then ask me...but other than that deal with it. I seriously did have fun when i was with jackie...even though how i may be writing it doesnt seem that way. (Thank you Jackie!) Alright...so that was syracuse. I havent really been doing much here. I think it was last weekend that i went to the show with Taryn. We saw Bloodsimple, American Headcharge, and Static-X. All metal in case no one knows. They were all pretty good but my favorite would have to be Static-X...Taryn said that they would be considered my favorite since i had the most fun with them, so yeah. American Headcharge was pretty funny, and Bloodsimple were okay. Oh yeah, during that night alot of different things happened. First i got "hit on" by two guys at the show. The first guy was sitting next to where i was standing and started tapping on my shoe and when i looked down at him he smiled and waved...it was weird..so i kind of just brushed it off and said hi back. Then the second guy was during the end of the show when static-x was on. There was a strobe light and everything...but anyways he was walking past me and Taryn and i could tell he was staring so i looked directly at him...then as he was just walking past taryn he came back to me and of course had to yell over the music so he came close to me and asked if i had contacts in...and i was like no..why? Then he told me it was because i had beautiful eyes. (I guess my eyes color showed out becuase i was wearing eyeliner) I just smiled and said thank you.. when i told Taryn she was like what the hell. But whatever, the night was interesting. Anything having to do with music is my type of thing so had an awesome time. The night got more interesting though. Taryns dad was too drunk to drive so his friend that was also there, Chris, drove home. It was only supposed to take us like 40 minutes or so but he got us lost. So then we stopped at a taco bell seriously in the middle of nowhere. There were a bunch of teenagers driving with like these really expensive cars there and just playing football and shit in the parking lot. It was so random. Anyways, first chris drove up the wrong lane to get in line, so cars were coming at us. Then he gave the lady a hard time with his order. I think the funniest thing though was that he asked for 11 packets of fire sauce..adn they actually gave it to him. Then Taryns dad for no reason was going to get out and start fighting some kid..for no reason whatsoever, but Taryn got him not to. I felt bad for her...she hates when he drinks like that. Anyways in the end it took around two hours to get back to her house. The concert ended at 12 something and we didnt get back till around 2 something in the morning. Weird night. Then the next day we woke up and watched the seed of chuckie...corniest movie ever made. Then i went home.
Alyssa left monday for the overnight portion of jew camp, and Betty came here that day as well. Then my mom left for Alaska Tuesday. I wish i was there...i cant say it enough. Anyways. During this week so far we've gone to shaker bowl, inner skate, to see a movie (Madagascar- my favorite was deffinetely the penguins) and i think i might be missing something but i dont know.
Yesterday the weirdest thing ever happened. Okay...i decided to randomly talk to taryn and see if she knew if her dad had an answer yet for warped tour, because me and her have been wanting to go, but she said she didnt know so we knew that the answer was most likely no. Then i told her that i could try pressing the subject on my mom and seeing if she and jim would want ot take us..i didnt even ask them before so i didnt know whatd they say, but i did tell my mom about warped tour. So i told taryn that my mom didnt make her daily call yet so when seh did call id ask her about it. Just then the phone rang. I was like, wow...is that my mom? Then i find out it is her. I thought that was the weirdest it was going to get...but no..it got weirder. The phone was all static-y but i heard something about warped tour...and i was like wait..what? Then it came in clearer, she said do you know if warped tour tickets are still on sale...and i said yeah they are. Then she said do you want to go...and i was just like oh my god yes. Then she said go ahead and order tickets and she gave me all her credit card info...so then i asked her how many i should buy and she said i dont know...is taryns dad still tkaing you..and i said the answer with him is most liekly no so she said okay...well do you want me and jim to go with you guys? and i was like...umm yeah! So then i asked how many tickets i should get and seh told me to get an extra ticket for taryn...then she asked ME if i wanted alyssa to go or not. Of course seh ahd to put it all off on me..well i liked how it was last year when it was me, my mom, and Jim going to underground garage fest in nyc..so i told her that...then i heard jim saying that they spent 1000 dollars on alyssa for her to go to the jew camp...versus me not doing anyting all summer and theyd only be spending 26 dollars on me to go to this thing...so we decided that alyssa wasnt gonna go. She didnt really seem that interested in warped tour...it was me who was the only one who talked about it alot and really wanted to go...but teh thing i think is going to make her mad is the fact that Taryn is also going with me. But i told her that i owe'd her anyways for the static-x concert, so this would be paying her back. Plus me and her have been talking about going for a long time. So whatever...Taryn said not to say anything to alyssa and jsut to have my mom or jim tell her the reasons and stuff...plus today shes going to come home happy because she spent all week at jew camp so i want that good mood to last as long as it can before her anger issues flare up. So we're not going to say anything. But anyways...last night was sooooooooooo weird...just how everything happened. I was just getting the idea of asking my mom when i was talking to taryn...kinda like in a joking way, saying that i knew how to get a yes answer from them..all i had to do was ask jim first(just playing around and everything), then at that moment my mom calls for that specific reason...and i ahvent even talked about the tour with her in a while. It was so weird. When i heard my mom say something about warped tour ove rhte static-y phone my heart stopped and i was like no-fucking-way. Anyways...im going to warped tour! Im really happy. This will probably be the highlight of my summer...since i didnt really have a summer...ebcause no one here in mass wants to hang out with me except maybe taryn..and she HAS to get sick of me...so im actually going to have a life for a day. Awesome. The only word that can describe all this. Awesome.
