My talk with the real estate agent went better than I had originally planned, he even gave me a slightly discounted price on the new apartment, how nice of him. ♥ Asshole. With the exception a few more boxes back at my other apartment, I'm fairly moved in. It's nice, a lot more space here, and there is a nice view from the balcony.
