(no subject)
OK, so my check up at the doctors wasn't as bad as I thought. It took a surprisingly short time. I was in there for 20 minutes tops. And the blood test wasn't horrible. I'm gonna bruise though. >_> Weirdly enough, the initial prick of the needle didn't hurt as much as waiting for them to finish doing it. And their bandaids suck! Mine fell off within an hour.
I'm seeing Sin City tomorrow! I'm so excited! It looks like such an awesome movie and so many cool people are gonna be in it! As weird as it sounds, I'm most anxious to see Alexis Bledel play a hooker. Hahaha! So different from "Rory", for sure.
I'm slowly going through all these songs that a friend of mine uploaded for me. I'm finding that I really like The Gathering. The lead singer has a purely unique voice. Sometimes she can sound like Sarah McLachlan, but otherwise it's totally her own. I don't know how to explain it.. it's just cool. There are loads of other bands I'm starting to like too. I've only heard one or two songs by them, but it all sounds promising. :) This all reminds me, I have to buy some more blank CDs. I'm down to one. :/
