concerning writing
i've been meaning to write about a lot of stuff here on my journal but i have never gotten around to it. it's not that i don't have the time. it's more of not having the chance to concentrate. i can't write with other people around because i keep getting distracted or sidetracked.
it doesnt feel right to me to just slap words together and post them for everyone to see. it takes a lot of time and concentration for me to compose something. it has to convey the right message. it must be like a small machine - compact with all the parts in the right places, working together to achieve one goal.
that's why i envy most of my friends since they're able to churn out great compositions, essays, reflections and whatnot at an astonishing rate. that's something i can't do.
i am not happy with most of the stuff i write. everytime i double check them i see something that can be removed or improved upon. each time i write something i feel that something is missing, that it's half-baked just like the rest of my writing.
at least people say that a picture paints a thousand words. i can do that. i can make pictures. hell i can make pictures with ms paint.
so pictures it is then.
