You're fired!
I was fired today. I'm so glad that I was; I just wish I'd had time to say that I was quitting before she got the chance to fire me. I was so fed up with working there, I've been looking for another job.. and I'm sick today on top of it, which is partially why I was fired. For being sick and not calling... yesterday... while I was sleeping.. *laughs*
Turning in my resume and application at Herb King today though, which is a much better fit than this last job, AND the guy I talked to yesterday said that I was EXACTLY what they're looking for, so that's good. Also looking at a gardening job which could be fun. :)
I feel like a tremendous weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Thank gods! I don't ever have to work for her again. I don't ever have to lie for her again. I don't have to stress about it ever again! Yay!
I really needed to be walking my own path anyway, not being pulled along on hers. I'm an herbalist, not a lackey.
