So, last night I made sprouted bean chili.
I had a huge bowl of sprouted adzuki beans, cuz I wanted to try them sprouted, and after hours of thinking of what to make, I finally decided on chili. I haven't made chili on my own before, cuz it usually takes meat, but all I had was chicken broth (organic free-range, kthx) but I improvised, to see what I could do.

I love making sprouts. It makes everything taste so much better! Also, I will never make chili without turnips. It's too much of a comfort thing. The turnip gave it a really tasty sort of sweetish element. *gorge*
I love making comfort food that's actually HEALTHY. The only fat in it is from the chicken broth. no oil, even. yum.
I'll give a basic recipe if anyone wants it.
Who would've thought seaweed in chili would taste so good?
