Okay, time for a fannish post to offset all the political babble. *g*
Since deciding to experiment with not watching the NCIS canon two weeks ago I've only missed one episode, but I still have the odd feeling that I have a lot more free time. Don't ask me why--it's only one more hour per week. Negligible in terms of actual time. But psychologically, it still feels that way.
With this feeling in mind, I find myself thinking about spending more time on the
NCIS Wiki (watch for a post about that in an NCIS community or two later tonight) and more time writing fic. I do want to stay involved in NCIS fandom, so I guess this is how my brain is handling it. More time on projects and less time on watching, thinking about, and posting about the canon.
It's a mental shift that doesn't make sense, but one that I'm observing in my brain nonetheless.
