Genius-san~

WILL YOU MARRY ME NOW~♥?

[Don't worry, Castle, there's an extinguisher attached to the tiny flamethrower part of the robotic dragon! Besides, with the current event, the flames have decided to just be... unenthusiastic sparks.]

Assuming that Castle-san, Gai-san and Fred-san have not withdrawn their support, that is...

Yeah yeah yeah, you can have my firstborn for all I care. DRAGON. ROBOT DRAGON! IT STOMPS AROUND LIKE A REAL DRAGON!

I'm naming it Elliott, ok? Elliott's the perfect dragon name. BRB I'm gonna go make Elliott chase Tribble.

[Five minutes later]

Because it is! Dude Tribble flipped his fur off, he's hiding in the bathtub! This is GREAT! He doesn't breathe fire though, just sparks.

So cool I'm gonna take him to work and he's gonna be my lab assistant, Goggles is so fired! He can fetch me coffee and be my starch drawer protector! And then we're gonna harass Simon and steal extra donuts from Calkins! Then I'm taking him to the Planetarium and it'll be like ROBOT DRAGONS FROM SPAAAAAACE!!! Then we'll go to the aquarium and it'll be ROBOT DRAGONS FROM THE DEEP!

Hey we don't have to wear all white do we?

Kindly empty the flamethrower fuel tank before getting within a meter from the planetarium.

And when you're getting married, I want to help with making the cake!

Oh come on, Elliott wouldn't hurt a screwdriver! He can't be a space dragon without fire!

You know we're n...What kind of cake?

That is not negotiable, thank you.

In the books, wedding cakes tend to be tiered, covered with fondant and with little figures on top, so perhaps something like that.

Awww. You're no fun! No robot assistant for you then.

Multiple tiers? How about multiple flavors?! Like a chocolate cake and a vanilla cake? Who cares about figures--unless they're action figures. I want Batman! That would be sweet!

Safety trumps fun at all times. Besides, I am fun enough.

That's possible. Maybe we can combine your and Crimson's favourite flavours. I assume Batman is one of those movie characters you like?

You need to live dangerously once and a while. You know? Let down your hair, blow up a few test tubes. Come build some robots with me and Crimson.

Well he does have a fetish for ice cream. You got it! I guess that makes Crimson Alfred.

Hey ah do we have to actually be married to get that cake? Or can we just pay that one forward a bit.

[She used to pilot a spaceship and a huge mecha in battle and was now a secret resistance movement member, Topher. That's plenty of danger already.]

I let my hair down most of the times. Not when cooking, however, and no blowing things up in the planetarium as well. Perhaps we can do experiments in the Scavenger's Yard.

And I quite get that you're not serious, don't worry. If you want to fund a multiflavoured ice cream cake, though, I'd be interested to try out the challenge.

we should come up with an excuse for them to go to Babylon 5 man_genius June 3 2011, 05:38:36 UTC
[And he...uses non safety craft scissors and eats food past their expiration dates.]

That's an expression, it means chillax! Wait, you mean you'll come experiment with us? Ugh does it have to be in the yard, it's creepy with the golem things.

Oh. Sweet. I'll fund it! I didn't know you could make layered ice cream cake!

[Not to mention I forgot the part about death by dragon.]

Well, the yard is open space surrounded by junk, so it wouldn't matter in case we add some more property damage. In fact, the things there aren't even 'property' since everyone can just take anything unclaimed.

I couldn't, or more precisely have never tried, but I can see whether one of the cookbooks have it.

[oh right. At least this one is cute looking and small?]

Well if you say so. I'm always game for blowing up stuff, bonus if it causes property damage to things that are technically the Tree's by default.

They have ice cream cookbooks? Don't tell Crimsuke.

[Well, Fuu is cuter, but Elliott gets points for being robotic.]

Perhaps we can discuss more about experiment planning while having that cake with tea. There is a cake cookbook, at least. Moreover, the good thing about ice cream is that if the first attempt fails, as long as it's properly contained we can refreeze and redo.
